PART 2 / CEO Mindset

Powerful CEO narratives help articulate what is possible, but don’t create them to be rigid.

Let’s be honest: A CEO Mindset requires significant power.

With thoughts, processes, strategies, experiences of overcoming mountains & mole hills you and I have had to climb (or continue to face); the power of a mindset can be beautiful, maddening, and abundant.

LISTEN NOW

Let’s set the scene: Our initial narrative took root in the principles, visions, plans, and goals we held at the time.

At that point, our knowledge was limited, whether we had mentors or not, and we faced only a handful of challenges or gained a few professional experiences.

As a CEO with a DIVA Mindset, I leveraged my knowledge and experiences from various industries - packaging and signage, luxury retail products, event design - to shape new perspectives in business.

Some might call it a reinvention, but I call it a new narrative.

Let’s get into it with part 2/

I don’t stick to my initial narrative

PART 2 /

I don’t stick to my
initial narrative

Listen up: You and I aren't the same leaders we were one, five, or ten years ago.

My leadership journey has taken me from curating over-the-top event installations to deep brand strategy.

That’s quite a leap!

I've dedicated significant effort to honing my skills, refining my processes into a proven methodology, and enhancing the client experience, all in an effort to change my narrative!

But, for the sake of our current CEO Mindset, let’s think about the past year.

We have shifted in some capacity.

We’re not even the same and that’s a beautiful thing.

Maybe it’s a thought process or challenging an industry norm.

Whatever it may be, things have changed, therefore you and I have changed.

Dedicating the time once a year to reflect and refine my narrative with purpose, not only motivates and guides my internal team, but also strengthens our relationships with clients.

If you are continuing to confine your mindset and narrative - this only limits your own perceptions and says to others, “'I’m only just a XYZ” - but let me tell you, you're so much more than that!

One question to think about, Is your narrative meaningful and relevant?

Your past experiences and commitment to personal growth have contributed significantly to the power of your direction as a CEO.

I'm enthusiastic to say that you, too, need to share ever-evolving narrative without ever feeling guilty or rigid in the process!
