Part 1 / CEO Mindset
Every day I step into a CEO role. Whether it be at Fortissima or as a wife or mother, etc.
It makes no difference what role I step into - the CEO mindset comes with an opportunity to enter any task at hand as a DIVA.
LISTEN NOW
This got me thinking about showing up.
And the DIVA traits that seep in.
As a CEO with a DIVA Mindset in Branding and Marketing, I can show up with the confidence to say no, the courage to make decisions, and when to turn the purpose up to a 10 on everything I do and don’t do...
Let’s get into it with Part 1 /
I don’t let industry trends change my strategy
Doesn’t it seem like every other month a new trendy business strategy or marketing tactic pops up and seems like the ‘next best thing’ to take your business to the next level?
I see brands enthusiastically jumping ship time and time again, only to revert back to what they had before.
Sounds like a brand strategist’s worst nightmare!
Trend-jumping sounds like an Olympic sport and a slippery slope for development, execution, and if it doesn’t yield the results I want, it could cause more stress and harm to the bottom line!
The solution? I sit back and enjoy what’s trending without being anxious to adopt. If it’s something I know will serve my brand position and audience, with careful consideration, I’ll test it.
This goes the same for the businesses and clients I serve.
I can’t stress this enough - when I deliver on a foundational brand strategy, infused with a DIVA Mindset, it’s far more simplistic and clear without worrying about implementing every single alluring trend that comes and goes.
And, don’t rely on trends to make your product or service relevant.
If you know your audience, consistently engaging with them is the trend that needs to be worked on before recreating that 10 second jig!
On a personal note, I think your business is cool!
